Administration Assistant

We are a company established in 2003, and looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration assistant. This role will support both Finance and Administrative functions, with a strong focus on data handling and office coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of banking transfer files
- Maintain office correspondence and ensure a structured and efficient filing system
- Attend to visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
- Age between 19 – 45 years old
- Advanced level qualification
- Proficiency in Sinhala typing is mandatory
- Working knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Prior experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
