Administration Assistant

We are a company established in 2003, and looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration assistant. This role will support both Finance and Administrative functions, with a strong focus on data handling and office coordination.

Key responsibilities

  1. Assist in the preparation of banking transfer files
  2. Maintain office correspondence and ensure a structured and efficient filing system
  3. Attend to visitors in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

  1. Age between 19 – 45 years old
  2. Advanced level qualification
  3. Proficiency in Sinhala typing is mandatory
  4. Working knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills
  6. Proficiency in MS Office applications
  7. Prior experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
