We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our Admin team and contribute to our continued growth.

Requirements

  1. G.C.E A/L or higher qualification
  2. 1-2 years of experience in administration (freshers with strong potential may also apply)
  3. Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, outlook)
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain office records, documents and databases
  2. Handle correspondence, emails and phone calls
  3. Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  4. Support day-to-day office operations and administration
  5. Prepare reports and presentations as required
  6. Provide general administrative support to the team
