Requirements
- G.C.E A/L or higher qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in administration (freshers with strong potential may also apply)
- Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office records, documents and databases
- Handle correspondence, emails and phone calls
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Support day-to-day office operations and administration
- Prepare reports and presentations as required
- Provide general administrative support to the team
