Admin & Management Coordinator

Key responsibilities

  1. Coordinate daily administrative and management activities.
  2. Support management with documentation, reports, and scheduling.
  3. Handle internal communication and coordination between departments.
  4. Maintain records, files, and administrative documents.
  5. Assist in operational planning and office management tasks.
  6. Calendar management of the managing director.
  7. Closely work with the managing director.
  8. Travel arrangements.
  9. Hotel arrangements.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
  2. A degree in management, business administration, or a related field will be considered an added advantage.
  3. Strong communication skills, especially in English.
  4. Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  5. Ability to coordinate administrative and operational activities efficiently.
  6. Valid driving licence.
