Admin & Management Coordinator

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative and management activities.
- Support management with documentation, reports, and scheduling.
- Handle internal communication and coordination between departments.
- Maintain records, files, and administrative documents.
- Assist in operational planning and office management tasks.
- Calendar management of the managing director.
- Closely work with the managing director.
- Travel arrangements.
- Hotel arrangements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- A degree in management, business administration, or a related field will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills, especially in English.
- Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to coordinate administrative and operational activities efficiently.
- Valid driving licence.
