Admin Executive

A well-established and reputed sports club in Sri Lanka is seeking a dedicated, organized, and proactive admin executive to join its team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and club activities.
- Assist with procurement and inventory management.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
- Liaise with members, suppliers, and service providers.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of the club premises.
- Supervise, coordinate, and manage cleaning staff to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
