Admin Executive

A well-established and reputed sports club in Sri Lanka is seeking a dedicated, organized, and proactive admin executive to join its team.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations.
  2. Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
  3. Coordinate meetings, events, and club activities.
  4. Assist with procurement and inventory management.
  5. Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
  6. Liaise with members, suppliers, and service providers.
  7. Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
  8. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  9. Maintain the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of the club premises.
  10. Supervise, coordinate, and manage cleaning staff to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  3. Excellent communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  5. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  7. Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
