Accounts Executive

Qualifications we expect

1. Minimum 2 years experience in accounting or finance field.
2. Sound knowledge in bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
3. Ability to handle invoices, payments, and financial records accurately.
4. Knowledge of accounting QuickBooks software and MS Excel.
5. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
6. Ability to prepare financial reports and reconciliations.
7. Good communication and organizational skills.
8. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
9. Part qualification in AAT / CA / CIMA will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain daily accounting records and documentation.
2. Handle invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
3. Assist with financial reporting and budgeting.
4. Coordinate with management regarding accounts-related matters.
5. Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial processes.
