Accounts Assistant – Recoveries

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to join our finance team at the Mattegoda office.

Key responsibilities

1. Maintain and monitor the debtors ledger to track outstanding balances accurately.
2. Follow up on pending payments and ensure collections are made on time.
3. Visit client locations for payment collection (riding license to motor bikes required).
4. Knowledge of daily banking functions. Provide support for general accounting duties.

Requirements & qualifications

1. Successful completion of G.C.E. A/L.
2. At least a part qualification in a professional accounting body (e.g., AAT, ICASL, or CMA).
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounts department.
4. Good computer literacy in MS Office.
5. Experience in using accounting packages will be a distinct advantage.
6. Must possess a valid riding license for motor bike.
7. Male applicants below 30 years.
8. Candidates from Kottawa, Homagama, or Mattegoda are preferred.
