Accounts Assistant

Qualifications

  1. Fully or partly qualified AAT or relevant accounting qualification.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar position.
  3. Strong Microsoft Excel and other technical skills.
  4. Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability.

Requirements

  1. Processing invoices, payments, expense reports, purchase orders, and managing vendor accounts.
  2. Maintaining accurate financial records, journals, ledgers and filing documents (Manual and system).
  3. Handling daily petty cash and recording manually, managing cash transactions.
