Job overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling invoicing, reconciliations, and administrative support related to doctor bookings and reporting.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage invoicing processes using the Xero accounting system and other relevant platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Perform regular accounts receivable reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
  3. Monitor outstanding payments and conduct timely follow-ups to ensure efficient collections.
  4. Maintain and update data records using Excel/Google sheets for reporting and tracking purposes.
  5. Assist in the preparation of basic financial and operational reports and summaries.
  6. Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth operations.

Skills & qualifications

  1. Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on professional email correspondence.
  2. Practical knowledge of Xero accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  3. Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  6. Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset.
  7. Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and schedules.

Additional details

  1. Contract type: One-year contract (renewable based on performance).
  2. Working hours: Melbourne Australia hours [AEDT and AEST], 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM.
  3. Salary range: LKR 60,000 – LKR 100,000.
  4. Holidays: Australian calendar.
