Tastyy Pvt Ltd, a leading food import company specialized in premium products sourced from top international brands, is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive for managing daily accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, handling invoicing, and maintaining cash flow. The role involves liaising with external stakeholders and supporting management with accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s ERP system for all accounting functions.
• Assist in ERP system implementation, upgrades, and testing of new features or modules.
• Monitor ERP transactions and identify discrepancies, errors, or system issues.
• Customize and optimize ERP workflows to improve efficiency in accounting operations.
• Handle invoicing and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collection.
• Liaise with external parties such as banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
• Monitor and manage company cash flow effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• AAT full qualification or partly qualified in CA.
• Minimum of 02 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge in MS Office applications and any accounting packages.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
