- Reconciling bank statements with the company’s current records
- Assisting year end financial audits
- Managing and recording expense transactions
- Overseeing and documenting invoice transactions
- Maintaining proper filing and documentation
- Data entry
Requirements
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills, with a strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge on accounting software packages
- Preferably someone with experience in the shipping industry
