Customer Service Executive
Key Responsibilities
• Taking bookings from customers
• Call and follow up on customer inquiries received from listing sites
• Dealing with customer inquiries
• Convincing of service/product to clients
• Calling new and Existing customers and offering
• Help screen incoming calls
• Reply to all social media messages
• Create and present reports
• Dealing with customer complaints and concern
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
• Follow work flow procedures to ensure maximum
• Creating event proposals which fit clients requirements and presenting proposals
• Act as the point of communication between the client and organization.
• Updating database accordingly
Qualifications
• Minimum 1-year related work experience in related field
• Pleasing ability
• Fluent in English & Sinhala
• Be Computer literate
• Ability to work with the Team
• Fluent in telephone etiquette
• Know how to deliver highest level of customer service
• Management diploma/degree will be a added advantage
Female Candidates within Colombo area preferred.
