SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE
We are a business consulting consortium which provides diversified solutions in Financial Advisory, Audit, Accounting, Company Secretarial, HR Solutions and Wealth Management since 1990.
Your Responsibilities
Handling the HR Clientele of the company.
Assist the Management to drive the company HR Policies/Strategies.
Monitoring the recruitment and onboarding process.
Monitoring Payrolls and Statutory Payments. Liaise with Labor department, EPF and ETF Departments.
Disciplinary Management and Grievance Handling.
Manages conflicts and resolves complaints about or within the department.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Personal Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in HRM from recognized University or PUHRM.
Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in similar position and 5 years’ work experience in Human resource management.
Must be familiar with labor law, liaise with labor department and other related forums would be a definite advantage.
Excellent communication skills both In Sinhala and English Language.
Should have excellent writing skills in English Strong Mathematical and analytical skills Ability to work independently with high degree of responsibility.
Age below 35.
