Trainee QA Engineer

Arithmos (Pvt) Ltd is a BigData/Hadoop service provider in Colombo. Our client is one of the largest insurance companies on Wall Street with an extended offshore BigData / DevOps team based in Colombo.

Education

• A Bachelor’s degree in any one of the following fields Computer science, Information technology, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or equivalent academic qualification.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Analytical skills

Operation Skills

• Programming skills in Java or any language
• Familiarly with Linux/Unix Operating systems and Database management systems (DB Visualizer, SQL Developer and SSMS)
• Fundamentals of ETL technologies

Any Diploma in computer, software, Linux, or similar discipline will be an added advantage but not required.
