Key Responsibilities

• Handling all commercial aspects of tenders under the Mobility Division
• Preparation of costing & bidding documents with the given timeline
• Coordinating with foreign channel partners
• Collecting relevant information, analyzing, compiling reports & preparing the required documentation for management review

Qualifications

• Full or part qualification in Business Management/ Marketing/ Project Management from a recognized university or institution (Bachelor, CIM, SLIM, etc.).
• A minimum of one-year corporate experience
• Experience in Supply chain management & procurement will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of international trade, delivery terms, payment terms, and duty calculation pertaining to imports will be an added advantage
• Sound knowledge of MS office packages
• Excellent language skills in both written (e-mail & documentation) & spoken English
• Deadline-driven with effective time management skills
