Customer Support Agent

We are on the lookout for a Customer Support Agent for our well-reputed client company located in Colombo 07.

Key Requirements

• Age between 20 to 40 years
• Excellent verbal skills in any of these languages are a must –Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Hindi, Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, and English
• Dynamic, Innovative, and target driven
• Ability to work in a high–pressure and fast-moving environment
• Previous One to Two years ‘experience in BPO, Call Center, and International Marketing and Sales industry will be considered as an advantage
• Having the right “can do attitude”, self-motivated, and well-committed.
