Job Profile

  • Assist and participate in the recruitment and selection, on-boarding process for staff and above employee cadre
  • Execute the training and development programs for staff & above employee cadre within the budgetary allocation
  • Effective implementation and management of the performance management system, goal setting, mid-year, and final year reviews
  • Update & monitor the HRIS in order to ensure relevant and accurate employee information is available and runs reports when required
  • Plan and execute employee engagement, and welfare projects to build company-wide engagement
  • Drive the employer branding initiative for the company
  • Perform administrative duties relating to the employee life cycle

Applicant Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources or any other relevant professional qualification
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala and must be goal-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
