Requirements

• Minimum of 04 years experience in the field of Human Resources Management.
• Ability to work with HRIS & familiarity with MS office packages.
• Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills (both written & oral) in Sinhala & English are essential.
• Chartered Intermediate Qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University
