Senior Executive -Talent

The position is available at Stretchline (Pvt) Ltd which is situated in Biyagama and is the leading manufacturer and supplier of elastics, dyed and covered yarn to renowned retailers such as Victoria’s Secret, Nike, M & S, and Gap with a global presence through the shareholding by Stretchline Holdings UK, MAS holdings and Brandot International Limited USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure relevant policies, procedures, and strategies with regard to the relevant talent processes are established and practiced across the group to ensure business continuity
• Assist in driving and managing the relevant talent processes, guide and direct the department heads to ensure process rollout, timelines, and goal alignment to improve performance and productivity is employed across the business
• Support and drive all special projects to ensure effective implementation of framework and communication across all units, with relation to talent as well as related communications.
• Support timely submission of reports to the relevant external & internal parties/management reviews & carrying out the periodical analysis as required inclusive of the overall talent dashboard.
• Support the sustaining of the people’s culture & devise new projects to be in line with the people strategy & talent roadmap across the group
• Ensure best practices are implemented by ensuring policy rollout, education & training support are provided to all stakeholders in a timely manner

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree / Diploma /Advanced Diploma in Human Resources or any other relevant field or Equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create, analyze & present ideas data, reports, and budgets
