Manager / Assistant Manager – Modern Trade & Key Accounts

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall turnover and profitability of the division.
  • Handle ongoing business accounts and generate new business opportunities to expand the existing customer base.
  • Strengthen the retail presence & visibility of all company brands.
  • Ensure the listing of new products and conduct promotional campaigns successfully.
  • Oversee the process of order taking, delivery, collection, and customer care.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with clients
  • Manage and maintain regular call cycles.
  • Manage government and institutional sales through quotations and tenders and conduct product demonstrations where necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of FMCG experience in the modern trade of which at least 3 years at the managerial level
  • High performer both in sales and brands
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and present sales statistics and information in a productive manner.
  • A team player who could drive the team towards company goals.
  • Computer skills, CRM, word, and excel
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn
