Key Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a Master’s Degree
• Overall 8 years of experience in a reputed organization in the field of HR
• Experience in the Information Technology sector is a distinctive advantage
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala & English
• Pleasing personality and interpersonal skills
• Preferably a Male candidate
