Senior Quantity Surveyor — Post-Contract (Head Office)

Requirements

• At least 05 years of work experience in a Post-ContractTeam of a reputed construction organization, preferably in a senior position
• Excellent knowledge of standard forms of Contract, Contract Administration, Variations, and Claims Management with previous experience in the preparation of detailed particulars for large-scale Contracts
• Experience in Commercial Auditing and Reconciliation tools, preferably with previous experience in handling multiple Contracts at once
• Competency in budgeting, drafting commercial Contracts, and excellent drafting skills in Contractual literature
• Priority will be given to those who demonstrate professionalism, teamwork ability and enthusiasm to add value to the position
• Bachelor’s Degree in quantity surveying or an Acceptable Higher Qualification in the Discipline of Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management
• Additional Qualifications in Contract Administration and related disciplines would be considered an advantage
