Skills and Competencies

  • Minimum 1-year experience in handling outbound calls or prior web-based customer service
  • Fluency in English, Tamil, or Hindi and excellent communication skills
  • Age between 18 – 35 interested in a career in the BPO/KPO industry
  • Ability to work 10:00 AM to 07.00 PM
  • A Team player with the ability to work independently in a multicultural fast-paced environment
