Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/Computer Science/ MCA/MCS or equivalent
• Certification relevant to IT Governance e.g. CISA, CGEIT is highly desirable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in the English language

Skills, knowledge & abilities:

• 10+ years of experience in process governance, 5 of which heading the function for an enterprise, experience with the Airline industry/products is preferred
• Experienced in setting up and successfully maturing process governance and compliance offices; hands-on creative and innovative ways to improve business processes
• Familiar with all phases of project management, able to work with people of diverse backgrounds, and understands quality control concepts
• Experience in the successful running of CMMI, Agile, and ITIL programs
• Knowledge of diverse business processes in a wide range of industries is a must
• Expert in designing, developing, and improving documents such as policies, procedures standards, guidelines, process outlines, flowcharts, training manuals
• Proven skills in analyzing data, identifying pitfalls, and recommending alternate solutions
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Detail oriented with a sharp eye and high accuracy
• Employs technical expertise, and interpersonal relations to execute and achieve the company’s objective
• Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against business strategy and set KPIs
