Account Manager (IT/Software)

The job role

• Agreement handling (Partners/Customers/Principles)
• Social media vendor handling, providing a content plan
• New engagements like website, etc. are handled
• Generation of unique leads/engagements with respect to the expansion of the business( partnerships and customers from overseas).
• Presentations on Apparel ERP are taken up
• Handling billing/accounts/payments
• Azure server admin right handling, including MS 365

Applicant profile

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity in the IT Software Industry
• Full qualification of SLIM or CIM or Degree in Business Management or any other equivalent qualification from a reputed academic or professional institute
• Age below38 years
• Sound working experience in the IT Software industry
• Possesses excellent negotiation, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while being able to work independently.
• The ability to communicate, coordinate effectively, and work with different levels of the organization and external parties.
• The ability to work under pressure to strengthen the marketing activities, in support of enhancing the brand presence.
