The Role

• Data entry and processing of visa applications. prepare and complete documents for university enrolment and visa application for students, workers, and others
• Complete other work related to workers’ and students’ visas and issues
• Liaison between students, education providers, employers, and foreign embassies
• Other relevant student and worker service and administration duties
• General administration duties
• Ensure all visa applications are completed within KPI targets
• Any other related duties as directed

Skills and experience

• This role would suit someone with 2 – 4 years of experience in visa service
• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or above is a plus, no specialties requirement, familiar with the Visa system and application process
• An effective written and verbal communicator in English. Confidence in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Having New Zealand, UK, Canada, Europe, or Australian student migration and Visa Processing experience will be an added advantage
• Ability to prioritize work and deliver in high-volume situations
• Being able to work effectively in a team environment often having to multitask
• Have excellent customer service awareness
• Having a certain sense of sales and experience in Education consulting, Foreign employment, and the migrations service industry is preferred
• Work proactively, have a sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand greater work pressures
