Responsibilities
- Responsible for the SEA & AIR outbound documentation and handling pre-post shipment documentation
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders such as factories & departments
- Prepare required documents pertaining to the export shipping documentation based on L/C or other credit terms
- Connect with required authorities/ministries/Chamber of commerce to check the relevant documents
- Maintain relationships with all the institutions pertaining to all export procedures and documentation
- Prepare and submit relevant reconciliation reports as required by the Board of Investments and ad-hoc reports required for decision making
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2-3YearS of relevant work experience
- Degree in Business commerce/ shipping/Logistics or related field/ equivalent professional Qualification
- Strong networking, analyzing, and organizing skills
