Executive – Field Sales

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented field sales executive to drive sales growth, develop customer relationships, and expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet existing and potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Promote and introduce company’s services to prospective customers.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales and field visit reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in sales, marketing, business management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
