Operations & Sales Executive Freight Forwarding

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day freight forwarding operations, including import and export shipments.
• Prepare and verify shipping, customs and other freight forwarding documentation.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, customs, transporters, overseas agents and customers.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and support sales and business development activities.
• Monitor shipments, resolve operational issues and provide regular updates to the manager and customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics.
• Good knowledge of import/export procedures and freight forwarding documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively under the supervision of a manager.
