Direct placement executive | visa consultant – female

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic female professional to join our team and help students achieve their global dreams.

Key responsibilities

• Handling visa consultation and providing accurate guidance to students
• Assisting the manager on daily operations and administrative tasks
• Handling customer inquiries, leads and follow-ups professionally
• Counsel students and guide them in choosing the right career and programs
• Organising events, promotions and educational seminars
• Maintain good relationships with students, partners and institutions
• Ensure high conversion rate and timely follow-up
• Work under pressure and meet individual & team targets

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in visa consultancy or student placement industry (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
• Good knowledge of visa processes and documentation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer handling skills
• Target oriented with the ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS office and social media
• Positive attitude, team player and self-motivated
