• Assessing and evaluating student performance.

Candidate profile

• Proven experience as a professional pastry chef or patisserie expert.
• Relevant qualifications in pastry & bakery/culinary arts or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience is highly desirable.
• Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, office software.
