IT Support Specialists / IT Assistants (24/7 Roster Basis)

We are looking for passionate and motivated IT professionals to be deployed at our client site.

IT support specialists

Candidate will be responsible for:

• Installation, set-up and resolving of hardware and software in end user desktops, laptops and printer.
• Administration and first level support.
• O365, email, internet and cloud solutions.
• Maintenance and management of servers and backups.
• Infrastructure first level support and coordinate with services providers in case of troubleshooting.
• Network equipment’s Wi-Fi network maintenance Microsoft patch update and its complaints level.
• Coordination with group IT, head office IT management for various IT initiatives and their execution.
• Manage & supervise site support associates including preparing rosters.

Required qualifications & skills:

• HND/diploma in any IT related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT support role.
• Be flexible and work under pressure.
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills.

IT assistants (24/7 roster basis)

Candidate will be responsible for:

• Provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and end-user devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, email, internet, and other business applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and authorised software.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for issue escalation and resolution.
• Deliver prompt, professional, and customer-focused IT support to hotel staff and users.
• Respond to on-site IT requests while maintaining excellent communication and service standards.
• Assist with system updates, antivirus maintenance, and routine IT health checks.

Required qualifications & skills:

• Fresh graduates or candidates looking to start a career in IT.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software & troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work on a 24/7 shift basis.
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
