Your role

• Prepare and process accurate invoices in a timely manner.
• Verify pricing, discounts and customer information prior issuing invoices.
• Maintain invoice records and support documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing queries and discrepancies.

Your profile

• Passed G.C.E. (A/L) or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field will be preferred.
• Previous experience in invoicing or accounting will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and related accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
