Property Supervisor

We are a hotel & tourism-based company, currently looking for energetic candidates to fill the position of property supervisor at our property located in Ahungama, Sri Lanka.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and overall upkeep of the property.
• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, security, and other property-related activities.
• Assign duties, monitor staff performance, and ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.
• Handle guest requests and complaints while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers for operational and maintenance requirements.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and inventory and arrange replacements when required.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and report major matters to management.
• Maintain necessary records related to staff, maintenance, inventory, and property operations.

Requirements

• Male, below 35 years of age, energetic and responsible.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in property supervision, hospitality, hotel operations, villa management, or a similar field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Friendly, respectful, and professional when dealing with guests, staff, and service providers.
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
