General Manager

We are looking for a leader and business builder — not simply an administrator.

Key responsibilities

Business growth & expansion

• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue.
• Identify new markets, customers and opportunities.
• Strengthen position in the hotel & hospitality sector.
• Explore export opportunities and new product categories.
• Set and achieve sales targets.

Operations & productivity

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments.
• Improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure on-time production and delivery.
• Implement systems, SOPs and KPIs.

Financial management

• Monitor revenue, profitability and cash flow.
• Manage receivables, inventory and working capital.
• Review monthly P&L and management reports.
• Control expenses and improve margins.

Sales & customer development

• Develop major accounts and new customers.
• Maintain and grow existing key accounts.
• Lead the sales team and track performance.
• Win back inactive customers.

People & leadership

• Lead, motivate and develop the team.
• Create accountability across all departments.
• Recruit and develop the right people.
• Build a professional and performance-driven culture.

Requirements

• Strong general management / operations / business development experience.
• Proven ability to grow a business and manage people.
• Good understanding of finance, sales, operations and cost control.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving ability.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, hospitality supplies, B2B sales or a related industry (advantage).
