Job role
- Responsible for achieving monthly collection/recovery targets.
- Manning ERP system efficiently following the policies and procedures.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered to all customers.
- Responsible of all customer inquiries are attended on time and provide timely solutions.
- Supporting and the team to achieve maximum productivity/performance.
Job specifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the field of payment collection/ recovery and customer service ideally in the real estate sector.
- GCE A/L.
- Very good mathematical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
Sales executive

- Responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales process and beyond.
Job specifications
- 4 years’ experience in the sales field.
- Experience in the real estate field will be a definite advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong public relations (PR) skills.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
