Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in the relevant role of call center operations is mandatory
  • Full professional qualification or a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized university (marketing, business administration, customer relations, etc.)
  • Excellent command of the English language in both verbal and written form
  • Sound interpersonal skills & communication skills with an outgoing personality
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
