Ceylon Fresh Fields Exports (Private) Limited is an export-oriented agricultural venture that requires a dynamic, selt-driven individual who is focused on achieving results to be part of our growing team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Agriculture or similar,
• 05 years experience in agriculture preferably in Banana Cultivation
• Further education and experience in a related field will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Day to day Management of a 50-acre Banana Plantation currently under development (located in the Puttalam District)
• Ability to manage and implement required agricultural practices for optimizing the production of export quality bananas from the plantation.
• Management and Supervision of the Labour Force
• Maintenance of daily records as may be required

Added Competencies (which will be an advantage)

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• IT skills with a good command of MS Office applications
