• Handling inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Understand and resolve customer complaints
• Provide service-related information & solutions for customers

Basic Qualifications & Details

• Passed G.C.E. O/L with an “S” pass for Mathematics & English subjects
• Language proficiency — Sinhala or English or Tamil
• Ability to work on a shift basis
• Previous experience in Customer Service & Call Centre would be a definite advantage
• Transport will be provided within 20km
