Job Description
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Preparing Reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Managing databases Scanning and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures / Administration systems.
- Managing diaries, organizing meetings, appointments booking, arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Organizing events and conferences.
- Assisting with Inventory control.
- Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
- Coordinating with vendors.
- Overlooking Stocks.
- Good Organisation skills and Time Management.
