Senior Executive — IT Infrastructure

Roles and Responsibilities

• Advice/support service desk teams for major incident handling and attend weekly service delivery meetings and report the status
• Maintain and update server/network inventory
• Act as a backup for the administration of SharePoint server and Office 365 Tenant support applications
• Raise purchase order, purchase of IT equipment, and vendor management
• Ensure servers are secured with Cyber Security tools
• License renewal and purchase according to business requirement

Candidates are required to have

• Higher Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
• 4+ years of experience in managing sophisticated computer networks, Cisco routers, Switches and Firewalls
• Experience in network architecture and deployment
• Knowledge of Windows / Linux servers, Networking technologies, and working experience in Azure cloud
• Experience on share point and Azure AD Management
• Good understanding of Cost & Budget management
• Excellent communication skills
