Deputy Manager – Logistics

Job Responsibilities

• Engaging in shipping planning & ensuring the delivery processes by coordination with BOI,
• Customs & Other relevant Departments
• Handing Import/Export Certifications through embassies and assure the accuracy of documentation on Import, Exports & Re-Exports
• Ensure on-time shipment approvals & consolidation shipments
• Involve in day-to-day operations with forwarders & transporters
• Manage costs pertaining to transportation, services, and inventory within the budget
• Assure compliances related to Logistic function
• Provide and present MIS reports
• Ensuring the required SOPs are developed/ reviewed/ implemented

Educational and Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Admin or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 4— 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Sound knowledge of national and international import/export legislation and must be able to effectively troubleshoot any issues that may arise in international freight transportation
• Excellent negotiating skills and communication skills and analytical Skills
