Front Office Supervisor
Responsibilities & requirements
- Oversee and manage the front office team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the entire clinic premises, including facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate with various departments to enhance workflow and operational efficiency.
- Handle client escalations professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and service standards within the team.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service industries.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Male candidate preferred.
Front Office Executive (Female)
Responsibilities & requirements
- Managing customers calmly and professionally; resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
- Communicate fluently in English and either Sinhala or Tamil (mandatory); trilingual ability is an additional advantage.
- Confident in negotiating with clients regarding treatments and packages.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance suited for a high-end skin and wellness clinic.
- Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or clinic reception is a plus.
