Project Manager

Key responsibilities

  1. Lead, plan, and manage all phases of road construction activities.
  2. Develop project plans and ensure timely execution within budget and quality standards.
  3. Prepare, review, and administer contractual agreements and related documentation.
  4. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
  5. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.
  6. Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation measures.

Requirements

  1. BSc in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  2. Chartered engineer qualification with the membership of ECSL.
  3. Minimum of 10 years of experience managing road and infrastructure construction projects.
  4. Proven experience in project planning, contract administration, and team leadership.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Salary

Negotiable, with an attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
