Key responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and manage all phases of road construction activities.
- Develop project plans and ensure timely execution within budget and quality standards.
- Prepare, review, and administer contractual agreements and related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation measures.
Requirements
- BSc in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Chartered engineer qualification with the membership of ECSL.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing road and infrastructure construction projects.
- Proven experience in project planning, contract administration, and team leadership.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Salary
Negotiable, with an attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
