SKYNET is the leading brand for International Courier, which operates within EMG Logistics vertical & Further to our expansion, we are looking for Executive Customer Service — International Courier to strengthen the team in Peliyagoda Office.

Job Role

• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
• Develop strong advisor relationships with key clients.
• Overseas agent coordination at the operational level.
• Inter-Department workflow management.
• Follow up on last-mile delivery status & provide feedback on time.

Requirements

• Minimum 02 years of Industry Experience in a similar capacity.
• Sound Relationship with Courier Business Nature & Operational Flow.
• Ability to Identify & convert Opportunities to Ground Level Reality.
• Excellent Communication skills in all 3 languages would be an added advantage.
• Pleasant Outgoing personality with an interest in working intensely with the public.
• Ability to work under pressure & managerial skills in handling multiple tasks.
