Job Responsibilities

  • Creating and directing visitors at the front desk
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing calls professionally
  • Communicating with all external customers effectively
  • Maintaining customer databases on MS Excel

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Proven work experience in a similar capacity
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and other PR traits
  • Passed CCE AILs and professionally qualified in English and MS Office packages
  • Living in close proximity to Colombo 08
