Executive – Management Systems Coordinator

At LAUGFS Corporation (Rubber) Ltd., established in 2008, we operate one of the largest manufacturing facilities in Sri Lanka, specialising in the production of solid, press-on, resilient, skid-steer, and custom-designed tyres that meet international standards. Our tyres are proudly exported to over 50 countries, including the USA, Canada, Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, Germany, Russia, the Middle East, Singapore, and India.

Key responsibilities

1. Establish, document, implement, and maintain key business processes required for ISO 9001:2015 certification, while supporting the implementation of other certifications such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001.
2. Prepare and amend management system documents and maintain necessary records.
3. Prepare annual audit plans, reports, and schedules, and conduct internal audits.
4. Create quality awareness among associates by conducting internal training programs.
5. Plan and organize management review meetings.
6. Coordinate with certification bodies and develop plans for external certification and surveillance audits.
7. Report on the performance of management system certifications to senior management.

Candidate profile

1. Degree or diploma in quality management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 standards, with knowledge and experience in implementing ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 considered an advantage.
3. Positive attitude with good written and communication skills in English and Sinhala.
4. Must be computer literate with strong verbal and written communication skills.
