We are seeking a dynamic group human resource manager to oversee HR operations across our hospitality and retail brands. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional who excels in building high-performance teams, optimizing HR functions, and navigating the unique challenges of fast-paced service industries.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead and support HR functions across multiple hospitality and retail locations
2. Drive recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement strategies
3. Collaborate with leadership to shape company culture and workforce planning
4. Resolve complex employee relations matters with diplomacy and efficiency
5. Conduct required trainings
6. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and HR best practices

Requirements

1. 5+ years of HR leadership experience in the hospitality and/or retail sectors
2. Demonstrated success in managing diverse teams and improving performance metrics
3. Strong aptitude for problem-solving and conflict resolution
4. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
5. Relevant HR qualifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent preferred)
