Core role
Provide administrative support to the HR department, assist in maintaining up-to-date employee databases, monitor attendance records, and support daily office operations.
Key requirements
- Technical skills: Intermediate to expert in Microsoft Excel and proficient in the complete MS Office package.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Sinhala (fluency in Tamil is a distinct advantage).
- Skills: Strong computer literacy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience: Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is an added advantage (school leavers with strong Excel skills are also welcome to apply).
