Content writer / creator

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee the digital marketing calendar and coordinate tasks between designers, video editors, and the marketing head.
2. Craft high converting scripts, captions, and short form copy that resonates with modern audiences.
3. Lead the creation of social media reels, either appearing on camera as talent or directing behind the scenes.
4. Research emerging trends, audio, and competitor moves, translating them into actionable ideas for the team.
5. Ensure content is delivered on time, maintaining a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
6. Monitor content performance and lead brainstorming sessions to pivot strategies based on data.

Candidate requirements

1. Proven experience in content creation with a background (or strong interest) in team coordination or project management.
2. Exceptional verbal and written English, you must be a storyteller who can also write a professional project brief.
3. Natural ability to present, act, or host videos with high energy and relatability.
4. Expert level understanding of social media algorithms, hooks, and community management.
5. Proficient in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, etc.) to optimize workflows and generate concepts rapidly.
6. Organized, fast paced, and able to give constructive feedback to other creative team members.
