Nitco Infinity is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented customer care executive to support showroom operations and manage customer communications. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can provide excellent customer service, handle showroom inquiries, manage the company hotline, and coordinate with clients professionally.

Key responsibilities

  1. Handle showroom customer inquiries and walk-in clients.
  2. Manage the company hotline and customer communications.
  3. Assist with customer follow-ups and sales coordination.
  4. Respond to inquiries received through social media platforms.
  5. Support basic content creation and posting on TikTok and other social media channels.
  6. Coordinate with the marketing team to promote showroom activities and campaigns.

Requirements

  1. Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
  2. Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  3. Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
  4. Previous experience in customer care, reception, front office, or sales support will be an added advantage.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
